Yes – Voiceflow’s voice (phone) integration already has a built-in guard for this:
• Maximum user silence: if the caller doesn’t say or press anything for 3 minutes, the platform automatically ends (hangs up) the call. • Maximum call length: any call that does reach 30 minutes will also be terminated automatically.
If you need to end a call sooner, simply drop an End step in your flow at the point where you’ve decided the conversation is over; when the End step is reached the system will immediately hang up.
