Can the voiceflow AI agent edit and improve chatbots or just create new ones?
Is there a way to use the AI agent to edit and improve chatbots -- or does it just create new ones from scratch?

What I mean is: does this AI tool only build chatbots from scratch -- or can you use it to edit & improve existing chatbots/projects?
It only creates new ones. It is just meant to help you get started. In the Agent block, you can improve the prompt with the wizard.
It would be challenging for an AI editor to manage a highly complex workflow / project like this. Our answer logic (nothing else - just the answer to a question).

Click on the Customer Support block and then edit the Agent. You will see a "Harry Potter" lightning bolt icon that lets you change the Agent prompt with natural language.
