i really need an information on this because ive been with this topic for weeks, and still, i dont feel like there has been a very good and sure answer on this.
where is the chat transcript stored? who uses this data? what if the user types in something personal, even though the disclaimer says not to do so. after i delete it manually, will the data be deleted forever?
if i never store the transcript, the data and chats will never be processed by anyone right?
