Potentially incorrect credits being applied

I have a Voiceflow project that is 'web chat' enabled only, yet however on the 1st March it reported 3600 webchat credits used which from my understanding is translated as 'voice/call' minutes being used.
I can see in my analytics that is the case but I can't seem to find any transcript or section that provides details into a particular web chat conversation or call. Have i been billed incorrectly, or is there a section i can look at these web chat voice/call types?
Let me know if there's any information you need from my end to help investigate or understand why we're billed these credits?
