Create new document in the document library
Hi, I want to create and upload a new entry to my KB library based on text messages from the chat. I am following this documentation, but I cannot get it to work. From what I see this is built for uploading documents whereas what I want is to create a new document from text and then insert it into the KB.

Knowledge base API query

Sitemap and 300 URL Restriction
I've been testing Voiceflow and so far it has been very interesting. I tried to add sitemaps to the Knowledge base but I'm running into a problem which is the error 'URLs must be less than 300'. For example one of the sitemaps we have have 10k+ URLs. How do you use the Knowledge base, I'm sure 300 URL is far too little for 90% of use cases, and manually adding 50k URLs in batches of 300 at a time doesn't sound that fun. So my client would like a chatbot icon that is red but voiceflow keeps adding this black boarder around the icon. This is a really important client i have and i cannot seem to fix this issue. Pull through URL and UTMS from landing page to VoiceFlow
Hi,
I'm running a chat on a Wordpress website and have a button that initiates the chat. I would like to pass the full url of the landing page as well as the UTM Parameters through to the Voiceflow chat and then through to variables within VoiceFlow.
Is that possible and how do I go about doing it? I've been through various AI chat sessions and it's not worked and support have suggested that I ask here....
Multiple messages error
When my users test the assistant I've built, they sometimes enter many messages after one another which the bot cannot handle at all. It fully errors and starts to hallucinate. With almost all other platforms, it's only possible to enter one query at a time, which gives a much more error-free, smooth and professional experience. Is there any way I can change this and make sure that my users can only ask one question at a time?

Hi guys, I am still fighting against random errors when I try to call an OpenAI agent with retrieval tool that last a lot to answer. I am trying to not be continously asking for the status of the run and wait 1 second between API calls. Do oyu know how to do it in voiceflow?

IF Condition not appearing in published work
Hi guys. I am a bit stumped and I was wondering if anyone has any solution to this?
I've set up an AI response which leads to an IF Condition step which then gives the relevant answer based on the AI response. It works perfectly in Voiceflow testing itself. But somehow it skips altogether in the published or in the prototype. Not sure if I am missing something here?
