Can't purchase tokens for some reason.

On the article: https://learn.voiceflow.com/hc/en-us/articles/11696284619533-What-are-Tokens it says to purchase more tokens, hover over the AI icon and click 'Purchase. Tokens". When I hover over the icon, I just see usage and not the option to purchase more. Can someone help me purchase more tokens please?

FAQ Sets = Unstable

I uploaded a new FAQ set, and unfortunately my VF chatbot is answering in a very inconsistent manner - it uses answers from some QA pairs when the question is nothing close to the question in the pair.

Creating an app with voice recognition exclusively for mobile devices

I'm looking to create a digital teacher to help stimulate the learning experience of my students. Instead of integrating a voice recognition service, I would simply like to use the native ASR features present on most mobile devices. I am new here, and I was actually just hoping to get an opinion from someone with more experience using Voiceflow. If I create an app that is exclusive for mobile devices, would this bypass the need for voice recognition integration?

Perpetual chatbot knowledge base

Links and Formatting Not Updating on Live App

Random music genre

I have a couple of audio files in my google sheets api that I want Alexa echo dot to play. After choosing a category she would play an audio from one of the audio slots in a column (randomly) (ex: column - Johnny talking clips, randomAudio - audio5). The gsa is linked to voiceflow with make.com.

Need help with ecommerce chatbot

Hi! While trying to create a chatbot/sales assistant for my ecommerce website, I stumbled upon a big issue: currently, all of the products are uploaded to my bot's knowledge in such a way that each product has its own .txt file. (I was trying to achieve 1 chunk per product with this approach). Overall the bot works fine, however product recommendation is broken. When asked to provide 3 specific products (for this example, let's say 3 types of dog food), the bot gives me random products or sometimes even creates products on its own. What I would like to achieve with this post is to understand the best practices when creating ecommerce bots: where to store the products, how to iterate through them, how to tell the bot to NEVER create products, etc. ...

Button imitating with function
