Voiceflow's font not working outside
In voiceflow's widget preview there's "Ucity Pro" font clearly visible and working.
But when I deploy my agent to a website, font is different, clearly not the one set in voiceflow....
new widget close button
I'm having complaints from users regarding the absense of an X button or even a "close" option on the new widget.
I understand that we are meant to just use the same button as we do to open the widget, but unfortunately this is not very user-friendly if you consider that almost every other application on any device has a close button in the top corner
I would love if this could be added to the new widget if we are going to be forced into using it in the future...

Hi , it is possible de integrate a mini saas for the user ? for example a user should pay 5 dollar for 10 questions in my template . but I'm afraid that the user who uses it just has to refresh the page to reset the session, so he could get around it. Any ideas?

I’ve just added a sitemap into my KB. There are about 300 URLS in total. If I set them to refresh daily, will this have any negative impact anywhere? Eg, snarl anything up / make it run slower etc? Is it recommended?
Email Entity Issue
I'm having a problem with an email entity in my Voiceflow project. It's capturing responses that don't contain any email addresses as if they were valid emails. This wasn't an issue in another project I worked on.
I've attached a screenshot to show what's happening. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to fix it would be greatly appreciated....

Conversational Chatbot
I want to know how I can make sure that, depending on the user's response, it knows how to interpret what it refers to, I know it can be done with intents but the thing is that the user can say whatever and have the bot interpret what document it refers to. In the end it is a bot where its objective is to obtain certain information for the document that the user needs. And of course when he gives the first message saying what he needs, there may be indirect responses directed to that document, and he should interpret what he needs and pass it to an intent on another node.
And I would also like to know how I can obtain the information from the first message I am referring to: The user, as I said before, can refer to a document indirectly and perhaps gives some information in advance about that document and I would have to collect it and then tell him type, Well, are you missing this information or give me this other information....
