How can I "clear" the transcript history of a specific sessionID?

After developing a flow for quite some time, my user transcript has gotten quite long which causes long delays to load the debug. I tried deleting the transcript but after sending another message it shows up again with everything there was before as well.

Hello, im new to voicelfow and i recently intergrated my voiceflow bot into Facebook messenger and i encountered a problem where when the customer/user sends a like emoji or any emoji, it seems to confuse the bot and just replies with a random message from a random block. is there any way i could prevent this or instruct my Agent into detecting when an Emoji is sent and do something about it.

Help a newbie build logic?

I want the bot to take an action (offer coaching to users and request name and email) after the user asks 5 questions of the chatbot. I believe I created the prompt with a capture of the user name and email and created an action prompt but after testing did not get the desired result. BUG! In popover mode, an overlayed element is blocking the site content

I can reproduce it on an empty page with only the Voiceflow widget embedded in 'popover' render mode. This blocks the clickable content on the page even though the widget is closed.

Bug - Deleting Projects

This has been a persistent issue since the early days that has just gotten worse since the latest updates. Deleting an agent/project is somewhat painful , and before I would wait and wait, only to have to refresh the page to actually have the project deleted. Can agents go backwards in flows

I have multiple agents in a network, each handling one task. The scenario is the user is at the warranty agent, but the conversation determined that they need to talk to the booking agent now. Can the user be directed back in the directional flow to then return to the booking agent? If so, how do we do this? Prompt or connections?

Broken knowledge base

My project's knowledge base is broken. Whatever I enter in the search, even if it's just a set of letters, it shows a chunk score of 80+%. Not only does it give such high percentages, it also searches by one link and does not take into account my text files that are in the knowledge base. When I delete the only URL, it does not find any chunks at all when searching by the rest of the data. For clarity, I created another project with the same knowledge base and there the same query, consisting of a set of letters, gives 15-30% relevance, not 80+....

Error: Missing Buttons with Streaming off, Proactive messages not showing, Mic icon not showing

Hello, I have found out following misbehaviour with the webchat in following areas: 1) When streaming is turned off - if you place a button step immediatelly after static text message - the buttons do not show most of the time, only after restarting the page multiple times 2) Proactive messages are not showing for most users - eg. this client of ours: https://teplice.cz has sent us they want us to ammend colours for the proactive messages (which should be there, as we have incorporated them into the webchat code), but we are not able to see them ourselves on our devices (even though we know they are there from the screenshot they sent us)...
