Do i have to use the User ID for chatbots with multiple conversations at the same time? If so, how?

I cant seem to figure out how to use the User ID, like where to put it, how to update it with information and why i have to use it. And is it crutiual for having m,ultiple conversations at the same time? Does someone have any tips?

WhatsApp integration - « welcome » intent

Hye guys Recently implemented VoiceFlow with WhatsApp. Here’s the issue : When a new user open his WhatsApp discussion the first messages set in my flow (a welcome message for example) are not displayed in the WhatsApp a window. So whatever the user replies after is get as a Global No Match by VoiceFlow, locking the user outside of any our flows. Rescan Sitemap, not contained URLs

Is it possible to rescan all URLs contained in a sitemap, not the URls itself? For example, when an URL is added to the sitemap (new Article) i would have to add it manually, correct? But if i add the sitemap ( and it will be rescanned weekly ) the new URL shold be found automaticly, right?

More than 200 URLs?

I uploaded an Sitemap with 2k URLs, but i get a message that only 200 is possible. Is that a Sandbox restriction or is more possible in the paid version? thanks

Why are the answer in the kb preview different (better) then in sandbox and instagram?

Backend authorization per chat message

I need to make a backend request every time the user sends a chat message. I'm authorizing backend requests with a jwt token from my UI (NextJS). Is there a way to send the jwt token along with each chat request, so that Voiceflow can pass it along to my backend server? Otherwise, is there a proper way to securely provide headers to the Voiceflow chat on load?

Unresponsive "Response AI "

Hello everyone, my Response AI step when testing with the preview feature responds normally. In the prototype and production, the Response AI doesn't respond and you have to reiterate the question to get an answer. Some questions, if its too long doesn't respond at all. How can I rectify this issue? I've tried different models (GPT 3.5 turbo & Haiku) it still returns the same result. I would appreciate any help....

Button -> Text Block is Timing Out

I am going from one text block to a button to another text block. The chat keeps timing out while pulling the information on the second text block once that button is triggered. The other button in the same button block works just fine. Inaccurate answers received from KB even after adding proper documents

Can someone tell me why some of the links are highlighted are why some are not? The reason for asking is this is because I feel voice flow isn't able to access all my files from the knowledge base. Hence I'm not getting an accurate answer.

Google Sheet query

Hey guys, I did a flow where my bot should give answers out of a google sheet and it worked till yesterday... so I wanted to ask if there is anywhere a change I'm missing because I used the API of your given template: https://gsx2json.voiceflow.studio/api I also gave him the parameters for my google sheet but now it doesn't give me answers anymore and just says that he has no access... maybe someone of you knows what I have to change? Or do I need any certificates?...
