Google Sheet query

Hey guys, I did a flow where my bot should give answers out of a google sheet and it worked till yesterday... so I wanted to ask if there is anywhere a change I'm missing because I used the API of your given template: https://gsx2json.voiceflow.studio/api I also gave him the parameters for my google sheet but now it doesn't give me answers anymore and just says that he has no access... maybe someone of you knows what I have to change? Or do I need any certificates?...

MS Teams Setup won't work

Hi Guys! I've tried setting up a MS Teams + VF integration following the repo from @NiKo https://github.com/voiceflow-gallagan/api-integration-msteams , but I can't seem to get it work. I am 100% sure I've setup the right AppId and the AppPassword but I am constantly getting a 400. No accurate answer's given using knowledge base. Please help!!

I've added 90 pages of separate documents to my knowledge base, it's a document of a podcast. When using voice flow to ask questions basis my knowledge base, its not give me an accurate answer.

We have a bot created and connected to WhatsApp Business through Meta. Some of our users take a long time between different interactions, for example, from one day to another, how can I generate reminder messages via WhatsApp at different times taking into account not to write during the users' break times?

Trouble saving meta data from API GET Call

I'm having a problem with saving meta data value from my WC REST API entry in Voiceflow API Block using Capture Response. Headers are correct (Authorization and Content-Type) and I get successful API calls and even pull/save data into variables (e.g. Order Number, Order Status, Shipping Address). However, whilst trying to save the backordered value using
line_items[0].meta_data[?(@.key=='Backordered')].value

Is it normal for each AI response to use around 1400 - 1800 tokens?

Just wondering if I should be using the knowledge base query api, or if using the KB response in the UI is the same thing. I'm a bit nervous about launching my bot and destroying the quota when our users start trying it out....

Problems with capture response.

I'm having a problem while trying to integrate suno api into voiceflow. I get sucessefully API calls and even get a positive responte ( a music generated directed from the voiceflow) but, i'm tottally unable to get the "capture response" into my variable, i've tried everything that i knew it and even if everything with the api goes well the value on the variable that i put on the capture response is ALWAYS 0 - in this case, its fundamental that the person talking with the chat can have acess to...

Use Knowledge base and Ai model

Is there a way to use a sort of GPT approach when dealing with Ai in Voiceflow? I want it to act like a conversational Ai with the ability to remember previous questions. But I also want it to have access to the Knowledge base for obvious reasons. I know their is an external way of doing this, But I lost the template, and cant find it again....

Importing Assistant to Another Account

I have create an assistant in my personal account. I want to copy this designer to another account with Pro plan. I have tried download the .vf file but fail to import it into the Pro plan account. I have also tried the copy clone link but can't find anywhere to paste the clone link. Please help, thanks....

Knowledge Base Can't Preview PDF

I successfully uploaded a PDF, but the knowledge base can't recognize it. I have deleted and readded it. I have renamed it. I have tried uploading it as .txt and a .docx. I have other PDFs on the same knowledge base that work just fine. Not sure what else to try...

Whatsapp integration - no transcript.

Intents mismatch occurring with names

Hi all! I've been having a strange case occur where my responses do not map to the correct intents, despite the fact that I don't see how or why this would occur as a result of the utterances I've inputted. In the example screenshot I've attached, the voiceflow chatbot asks "who enjoys surfing?" and I've noticed that with names that start with s, the chatbot categorizes this as the "repeat" intent with a decently high confidence level. However, my "repeat" intent does not contain any utterances that would suggest why this phenomenon is happening. I've also noticed this same thing occur in similar cases -- (i.e. names that start with M are often categorized as a "no" intent, despite the fact that I have not put in any utterances to suggest this for the "no" intent).
I have already tried adding more utterances to the intents, but the names still match to the wrong intent. ...
