I am trying to get my Dialogue API to connect to voiceflow but i can't seem to find it in the integration section.

bug in chunk text format
i am using the api call to retrieve 3 chunks that i save in variables and then add to AI model. when i check the content of the chunks, here is what i have "b"Charges d\xc3\xa9ductibles : quelles sont les conditions de d\xc3\xa9duction ?\nLes d\xc3\xa9penses sont d\xc3\xa9duites sur la base de leur montant r\xc3\xa9el" ...it seems that all accents or apostrophe have created a problem.
its the same in all the text that i have uploaded as a text fie and then as plain text...same result.
here is an example of plain text with this issue : "Charges déductibles : quelles sont les conditions de déduction ?
Les dépenses sont déduites sur la base de leur montant réel....

Hey, I am building a basic chatbot and I want to provide answers in Hebrew (which is written right-to-left). Where can I change it so it writes RTL?
According to Tico, Voiceflow chatbot:
Voiceflow currently does not natively support RTL (Right-to-Left) languages such as Hebrew. However, you can still create a chatbot in Hebrew or any other RTL language. The text you input in the blocks will be in the language you choose, but the interface and the direction of the text will remain LTR (Left-to-Right)....
API Podcast Directory Search

Force to end the dialog after inactivity
I want to force the dialog to end after 5 minutes of inactivity. I tried to do it through Settings-fallback. For some reason, the whole bot is hiccuping and the logic of 5 minutes doesn't work. How can this be realized? Thanks
