Hello everyone! I've uploaded some Excel documents (which I later converted into PDFs) to the VoiceFlow knowledge base section. However, it seems that the bot isn't grasping the information well and is giving messy responses to user queries. Can anyone recommend a more effective method for the bot to understand the data stored in local files?
How do I deal with an outdated API key for my Voiceflow project?
I'm using the API key for my Voiceflow project to connect my Voiceflow build to Voiceglow. However, the information it's carrying over is from a very old save. How can I fix this?
Returning URLs from web search
I have managed to retrieve URLs from a web search. The responses are plausible but only 40% are legitimate, the others being wrong (not relating to prompt), a 404 page or a paywall. I am using the Response AI using Sonnet and have prompted to avoid 404s and paywalls but I guess it is just returning text from the search engine rather than checking the actual sites. Has anyone got any suggestions how best to approach this?
My design became invisible
I was in the middle of building my design flow. then I added a note and wrote in it and tried to readjust it but the whole canvas started glitching and then everything disappeared from it. I could still run tests and all my variables and flow is there and functions, but I cannot see it. I tried clicking "S" and it returns me to the start but there is nothing, just an empty canvas, i tried zooming out, refreshing, exiting the tab and reloading... Nothing works... Knowledge base Fallback- How to get back on the main flow?
Hey guys, I have a General question that I can't seem to find a good answer to.. When I use AI intents, and the bot can't figure out the answer from the given intents, but it CAN come up with an answer through it's knowledge base, it will give an answer, but at this point, we come off from the main flow.. Is there a way to get back on the main flow, after the bot gave an answer from it's knowledge base?

VF ending chat on certain specific questions
I have a chatbot that is integrated with an openai assistant. For many questions, it works fine, as expected. But a very weird thing seems to be going on which is that certain questions just end the chat. User gets you have ended this chat message it just ends.
Hard to detect a pattern, but one thing we are observing is that the more directly the questions are related to the KB (which we have in the openai assistant, not on VF platform), the more likely the thread just ends.
Has anyone seen this or have any suggestions on how to find the gremlin? There's nothing obvious in debugging....

Bot is devising things
I am creating a customer service bot for a Campingsite. When I ask the bot if I can go fishing on the campingsite the bot is answering with yes. I didnt clearify that in the KB or somewhere else. Also in the settings i told the bot not to devise things but the bot keeps doing that.

I have a link in a "talk step" if I click on it I get redirected to voiceflow. This only happens if i click on the link when using the prototype or test mode not when Im in design mode.

I am creating a bot that has 5 questions all with answers with a button, the answers that the user selects (click on the button) has to be saved since I need to capture information from the questions and give an answer with AI based on the base of knowledge loaded. i tried this way but it didnt work, the ai response is not quite good, for example if i select Option A the ai response has nothing to do with option A. how i also tried capturing but the same thing happened. i do my search and some people told me of the event "on click" but i didnt find it, I don't know what other option I can try

I am working on a bot that has questions with buttons to choose the answer, I need that when the user clicks on their answer (the button) the choice is saved so that later with IA an answer is created based on the answers of the users. buttons, I did it this way but it doesn't work. Because i see that the limit of chunks in the knowledge is 10 and that is not sfficiently for me because i'm a very important and recognized bussines man.
