Having it the number connected to the cloud api means that we can’t use the number on the application on the phone. Can Voiceflows AI do this task?

Hi guys, looking for some quick feedback on whether Voiceflow is the right tool to tackle this task. I have been using Voiceflow in the past, but this was about 4 months ago, and I don't know how much it has evolved and if it's the right fit. I hope so. The company I am working for wants to create an AI application that can analyze different PDFs of different lengths (sometimes 10 pages, sometimes 400 pages). The topic is sustainability (ESG) and the AI tool has to find KPIs within the PDF documents, write them down for each company/PDF, and then benchmark them with each other. I am aware that there are multiple different steps involved, but I'd be most interested in whether Voiceflow can handle the Analyzing part regarding the PDFs. Keep in mind that all PDFs have close to zero structure, and even humans need to read within the lines to understand what "sustainable topics" each PDF focuses on. That would be my biggest concern. Will Voiceflow handle this task and deliver some valuable output?...

Voice AI Integrations with Twilio

So I'm currently connecting Voiceflow and ElvenLabs to give the speech capabilities a boost in audio, with the intention of integrating all this into calling and number software like Twilio. How we initially had it working is I call the ElevenLabs text-to-speech API have it finish and then convert that into 64bit audio - which exactly follows Niko's tutorial to do so. What happened was if the character length exceeded 250, the function would always return invalid payload=null - so then we had to make a custom API directly to handle this externally. The problem we ran into after doing all this is that with this current system, we can't seem to get it integrated into any external platforms that can actually use it - for example, we can't seem to get it properly working with Twilio, which is where we would like to be able to have people conversate with it through. And we've only seen the repository from @NiKo regarding text-based integrations into Twilio - but we haven't been able to adapt it to get it working for voice.. so any help you could offer on this would be greatly appreciated!...

I want my Ai Bot to answer questions all the time, even though the user should choose between Buttons. Is this possible? I tried to do it with the No Match function in the buttons editor, but it didn't work. (The user had to put in the question twice.) Can somebody tell me if it is possible that the Chatbot can answer questions, even though there are buttons to click, and if yes how? Thx

How do I write {last_response} to a DOC file?

I have a unique situation where I would like to write the last response from the bot to a DOC file. I have tried: 1. In Voiceflow using a button to call a new URL (PHP file) and have that PHP file create the DOC file and then write to it, but I lose all of the output formatting when I pass the {last_response} to the PHP file. 2. Using a button to call javascript and have javascript create the DOC file and then write to it, but I can't import modules into the Voiceflow javascript so I can't get it to work. 3. Embedded the bot on a PHP page and then added the javascript to create the DOC file and then write to it to that PHP page, but I can't get the {last_resposne} to the javascript. ...

Extracting a URL

I want to give users the option to access a pdf on a website. So I have a txt file in the knowledge base with some 70 URLs. Each URL has a unique code in it of the format 'AB123'. I prompt the user to enter that code and then want to extract the appropriate URL so that I can send them to the document. Password change

When I initially signed in, I used the 'Sign-in with Google' option, which didn't prompt me to create a password or anything. Now, when attempting to log in on another device, I click the 'Forget password' button. Upon entering my email, I received the message: 'This email is associated with an SSO (single sign-on) account. You can't reset your password on Voiceflow.' What steps should I take to resolve this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
