Hi! Ive been having an issue with a whatsapp integration of a bot. We have a couple of menus with 1 to 3 buttons, and normaly when the user clicks a button from older messages it triggers the no match paths. Now we've been experiencing crashes of the agent when we press those buttons from older messages in just some cases.
The problem was narrowed down to the VF response, where for clicking buttons we got different responses:

Does the Outbound call API support continuing an existing conversation?
I tried to pass the vf_memory and Dialog Manager API state as variables to the Outbound call API but the call doesn't continue the conversation. Is there a way to do this?
Voiceflow flow is that the Introduction agent asks user if they prefer to continue application questions over the phone or sms. The Information collection agent then refers to {conversation_preference} whether its a call or sms then asks the application questions either phone or sms.
But the outbound call I receive restarts the conversation back to Introduction Agent instead. How can I aadjust my approach?...

The agent is deployed on Twilio SMS. and ive set it to end the session if there is no reply for 2 minutes
The session ends but when the user starts ttalking again it continues from the same spot, where as i need it to restart form the start node which was working for a year but recently it continues form where the session ended and keeps the old values in the variables...

Hello, I have a problem. I'll explain. I connected Voiceflow to my N8N workflow and everything works fine, but when a user's question contains a line break, it breaks the JSON and crashes when sending the user message to my webhook. So, what can I do? Do I have to clean the message before sending it with a function, or do I simply have to modify my body in the API block?

Quick question — I have an n8n flow that takes over 1:30 to run, and during that time the webhook block in Voiceflow times out.

I copied the cal.com booking template from the voiceflow website. Ive watched the tutorial and correctly inserted the necessary variables from my cal.com event into all relevant blocks in VF, but the agent is still unable to book an appointment. Ive attached the .vf file for my workflow in this message. Id greatly appreciate a solution to this.
