Hey there, Im working with a client that has weird html on their website and whenver I post the script for the chatbot it is simply invisible. However when I use the voiceglow integration in works and is visible but voiceflow's isn't working :/ I am having trouble with voiceglow however messing up the flow of the conversation so I really need the voiceflow integration to work, is there anyway to get a different web integration script ?...

Chat ends abruptly for certain utterances

Hello everyone! I am running into a weird issue where some utterances will cause the chat to end abruptly. Does not follow any flow, the chat just ends. To make this even more bizarre it does not happen from every environment. We host our own vercel app for testing and it works perfectly fine from there. But when using the bot from the client's dev site I run into the chat ending error. Has anyone else dealt with this>

HELP! - AI doesn't detect information from URLs in the Knowledge Base

Hi everyone, I have uploaded several links from an ecommerce store to a KB, but for some reason, the AI can read only some of the information contained in it. If for example I ask for a specific piece it tells me ho wmuch it costs, but if I ask for the best sellers, it just tells me to go to a website page that doesn't exist (domain.com/best-sellers), without giving me the name of the products found on the Best sellers page. Paths after Voiceglow multiselect button

There are buttons that users can click but there is the multiselect button. If he clicks 1 button it will show a corresponding card with the product he chose. I want to make it so if a user selects 2 or more buttons (chair types in this case) it will show him either a carousel of cards or just separate cards of products he chose.
