JoinCan capture nodes not be used along side agent nodes?
I want to achieve the following:
Agent introduces itself, asks user for their company name and support password. Once both have been provided, we then extract both bits, and send the data off to a webhook.
The capture step cannot be placed inside the same bounding box as an agent? Only a Chat message? If the capture is placed after the agent, it then pauses, waiting for input...

We are trying to trigger an API call if no reply is made in the chatbot after 10 minutes but the listener never triggers. Anyone else having this issue?

I’m working on a webchat, which is also connected to Instagram via GHL.
I’d like to add suggested question buttons only on the webchat, but I don’t want these suggestions to appear on Instagram.
Does anyone know how to handle this? If I just add the buttons after the greetings, they won’t appear on Instagram?...

I am trying to have the caller input their phone number through the keypad, I am not sure if there is something wrong with my pathway but I can see in the transcripts that the numbers are not even being registered when the user inputs them.

Received a (200 OK) but no product info
Hello, I'm building a Dynamic Carousel and I created an airtable formula that should return products based on customer quer now I want to test it. My VF API call is successfully sending the request (200 OK) but with 2 curly brackets [ ] and no product information returned back. I have screen shots here. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hello, I received an invoice for $0 but I was charged $60, I tried to contact support but I received an automated email saying that my email is not associated with an account, which is incorrect. I dont want to add products to knowledge base manually, cause it will be chatbot for clothing brand that adds a lot of products monthly and it would be a lot of work. Does conversation when changing page?
I heard that on mobile, when customer changes the page, conversation does not follow? Is there any workaround with this? It definately should follow! We are new in this platform, so curious, does the conversation follow on desktop mode?
