JoinVoiceflow branding still shows on my widget
Hello,
I'm trying to add a chat widget on my shopify store. I already copied the snippet on voiceflow from the integration tab; and I published to production after saving the widget settings but the voiceflow branding is still showing on shopify. How do I remove the branding that reads "Powered by voiceflow" from my shopify website? I attached screen shots for reference. Thanks....

My company owns some github repos, and I would like to add them to the KB.
I encountered some scraping issues, as the data was practically worthless, looks like there are some preventive measures happening from getting scraped.
Nevermind, I cloned the repos and tried to upload the files manually - but they are markdown files *.md
i thought great, this should be actually much better for an AI to understand than HTML, until found out Voiceflow supports only pdf, docx and txt files....
New transcripts API
Is it possible to build a process that pulls transcript details but also pulls in variables that were set during the conversation? I know the new API has a lot more stuff it can capture but I'm hoping somebody has a quick and easy answer to point me to the right endpoint. thanks!

The agent Does Not speak properly
i have created a flow with ai agents and standard nodes what it do when test the flow runs smoothly but skips beats like it doesnot speak up the messages even of the standard message node can anyone help me with this

Bug - Functions stop working in UI after some time
Hi all,
On a test workflow that I just created, functions run perfectly - but on one that I'm actually working on, I can't get them to run at all.
You can see in the screenshot they're using exactly the same code, but when I run the one on the test project, it actually returns "Hello World", but on my main project, it doesn't return anything and just gets stuck. ...

Vonage Phone Number not working
Hi, I have connected a Vonage phone number with Voiceflow and assigned it to my flow. However, when I call the number, it rings once, answers the call but then stays silent.

problems with parameters in MCP
Hello everyone, I have a problem with the mcp tool. It seems to have a bug and
1. it does not allow me to disable the fields that I do not want to be mandatory
2. it is not capturing the value of any variable in the default value field.
According to the documentation, if it is possible to disable the inputs and the default fields, they should accept variables, but it is not taking them into account.

Automating Evaluations
In addition to an agent I'm trying to use VoiceFlow to build a tool that automatically evaluates transcripts generated by Fireflies. Then I'd like to get the results from the evaluation out of the platform and generate reports from them. Is VoiceFlow able to do this? I'm not seeing the ability to so far in workflows. It seems like evaluations can only be used on transcripts created by VoiceFlow. Any help is appreciated!

Google sheet integration - values section with variables only sends strings and not array
Ive tested this multiple times yesterday with no luck. is there a way to get specified variables place in the values section (not the llm box either)
Currently anything i put in the values section gets sent out as a string which google sheets wont accept and throws an error
But when i have AI just map it by itself in the main llm box of the google sheets tool it sends it as an array with no issues...
How do you log every transscript into a dashboard?
without calling tools, to log every convo (uses too many credits). And how do you create the dashboard? atm i am using make.com to log every convo, but it becomes too expensive in the long run. anyone has an easy way to do this?
Need Help Connecting Pinecone to Voiceflow – Input Works, Output Doesn’t Return
Hi everyone, I’m trying to integrate Pinecone with Voiceflow and running into a snag. I’ve attempted two approaches:
Using the Function Block in Voiceflow
I created a custom function to send user input and conversation history to Pinecone.
The input reaches Pinecone successfully, but the output doesn’t return to Voiceflow.
I’ve double-checked the input/output variable mappings and API key setup, but still no luck....
Trying to have my Agent automatically identify the callers number and send sms there instead asking
Anybody know how to do this?
How to completely delete transcript
When I use the delete transcript API the transcript gets deleted from voiceflow interface.
However when I use the « get all project transcript API » , I can still get the deleted transcript there.
For regulatory reasons, I can get in trouble because of this. ...
