Hey all, Trying to capture and filter Google Spreadsheet

I saw a lot of tutorials for Airtable that cost money for my clients and I prefer the old ways like Google Sheets, so 2 questions: 1. How can I capture and filter data from Sheets Get API call by two parameters, e.g., phone number and client name? 2. I must use Make Webhooks, or is it possible to direct to Google API?, because first I need to search if the data exists, and after, the user needs to decide if to create a new row or update the matched row....

Knowledge base option not available

I don't understand Intents.

Hi, my intents are not getting triggered even though I have used specific utterances to trigger them. They were working last night when I finished configuring the chatbot but this morning it stopped working, is there any reasoning for this?

How do i use buttons but also ask a question with the capture card?

How can i use buttons in the start and mid of the conversation while still beeing able to connect the block to a capture card so that i can ask questions without the buttons? Now the buttons kind of blocks the path so that i cant use the capture card. Any tips? Here is my current setup:

How to plug in an external website for VF to use

Hello, I've had a play with OpenAI in making a chatbot for a car sales service. One of the options you could choose is the get a valuation for your car to trade-in. I defined what website it uses (https://www.redbook.com.au/) in the system prompt. OpenAI takes this URL and asks the user for relevant information to feed into and spits out a valuation number. I'm trying to replicate this in VF, so I can setup car recommendations with cards. Problem is when I do the same thing with a prompt, it only tells the user to go to the website. Is there a way I can build this out? Thanks for any help...

Choice step not working properly

I created a choice step with "Fahrradtour planen" and "No match" and set intent scoping to "Only intents in this step" but even if I type the exact sentence I created as utterance for the intent I am scoping for the conversation stops or the bot follows the no match path. Did I set up something wrong? The Text is in german but I hope I can clearify the problem with the help of the pictures....

Cient facing slowness while using chat. Chat becomes unresponsive after a while.

Hi I am based in Bangalore and I have a client in US. When I share the test link with the client, he is saying that the AI Chatbot is very slow. It is taking approximately 15 seconds to respond back and on another instances the chatbot gets hanged and is becoming unresponsive. Is there a way to make it faster. Because when I test here in Bangalore things are working fine.. But the client is based in US / Costa Rica. Is it possible to select data centers closer to US while developing apps, so that they are served faster....

Feedback. Is there a way to capture the users pompt AND the response from inside a flow

and then insert the captured information into a different voiceflow datasource -- that is to say a different datasource than is being used in the flow where the capture takes place ? Thanks for any help or suggestions

Have AI ask questions to give the user a better answer

Hello, i am looking to build a chatbot that can help the user with getting government grants to make their homes more energy efficient. There are many types of grants and they depends on the state of your home, year of completion etc. I would like the chatbot to ask the user for the missing information when they ask about a particular grant. There are so many grants that i am not able to build a flow to cover them all. I need to AI to be knowlegable about all the requirements
