KB is giving wrong inconsistent answers

I have provided website name and there is given Email address information there. but When I ask about what is your email, The the same answer is given. I have tried to change prompts. but no use. @W. Voiceflow + Discord -- live_answer

Error using Functions with Input and Output variables

Creating a new bundle.mjs using react-chat template error with displaying on storybook

Hello VoiceFlow team, I need guidance with how to correctly display and modify the looks of a new widget for voiceflow runtime. I've copied your react-chat template, but first corrected the USE_SHADOW_ROOT . But then whenever I want to display the storybook theme you have in packages/react-chat/styles/theme.ts I can't get it to show on the screen, and whenever I want to change something in one of the components, like Button or Carousel, it does not show any changes on Storybook. Integrating Audio Input & Output with Voiceflow Web Chat: Seeking Solutions

Hello @NiKo | Voiceflow 😀 ! I have a client who needs to integrate both audio input and output into a web chat. I saw that in the demo with Elevenlabs (https://youtu.be/risF0Vz3eWk?si=SnfzopgcN1lAv-yW) it is possible to do this, but it doesn't handle the audio input, only the output. While in the demo with Whisper (https://www.voiceflow.com/blog/openai-whisper-model-asr), it seems that it cannot be immediately integrated with the Voiceflow webchat. Is there a way to take advantage of the Voiceflow web chat interface and handle both audio input and output? My goal is to avoid creating an interface but to take advantage of Voiceflow webchat. I have developers who can create custom solutions, but before going down that path, I would like to know if there's a simpler way to achieve this. I’m still getting details on how the registration process will be, but I know I’ll likely have to integrate this within whatever applications they have planned. Is there anyway I can tell the bot who the user is on load? I need help with the widget that I want to deploy on shopify

Hello, their voiceflow team. I have a very serious issue that I want to discuss and find a solution for that as soon as possible. There are two problems. 1: Deploying the chat widget code on Shopify doesn't work directly. We need to remove a specific CSS property to make it appear on the Shopify store. By default the property on CSS Display is None(Display: none;) for this we can easily remove it to inline-block or block so it could be solved. 2: This second cause may be for others as well. But in my case, I find it specific so when the chatbot is deployed the responses are abandoned. Like sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't respond 1 or 2 times after that it just does nothing. I checked it and seems like it responds to the messages but it doesn't really show up on the Shopify store chatbot widget. ...

Google Directions API - timetable information public transportation

Hi guys, I would like to create a timetable information via Google Maps using VF. Which Google API do I need to use (is it the Directions API) How can I correctly integrate the API into Voiceflow? The Voiceflow user should enter the stop where he would like to get on and then enter the stop where he would like to get off. He also needs to be able to enter the date and time of his trip. After entering this data, Google's timetable information should display the appropriate route in Voiceflow, both as text and as a map. Is something like that possible?
