Voiceflow Agent not pronouncing clients name correctly.

We have a Dr who’s plastic surgery practise we have built a complex Voiceflow agent for. However it does not pronounce his last name correctly. We have tried multiple ways to fix this, including spelling the name how it should sound, however our Agent proceeds to type this incorrect spelling in the chat. Please help!

Voiceflow/Anthropic Reliability Concerns

We’re launching a chatbot next week for a major international brand using Voiceflow. All of our agents within the bot run on Claude 4, but last week we noticed a couple outages / issues within Voiceflow. At times the fallback LLM kicked in constantly, and today the AI-generated buttons and exit paths didn’t work at all for a certain time period. Both are critical for the usage of the bot. Hi, I need help with agent behaviour. Agent has knowledge base search tool switched on. No other tools are switched on. It also has 2 exit conditions defined and generally it works fine but for some specific questions not related with exit conditions it returns parralel_tool_use error and ednds conversation. GPT 5 model is not working

Hi! Whenever i try to use the GPT 5 model in the agent step I get the following error "'open-ai, gpt-5' on the fallback chain suffered an outage, falling back to 'anthropic, claude-3.7-sonnet'". It doesnt seem to be a problem from my end since the fallback works correctly.

Can I search the knowledgebase by folder?

I've created a customer support boit to answer questions on a number of different trading strategies. The transcripts of the strategies are in the knowledgebase in folders and each document is marked up with strategy name and strategy step. Currently the bot does seem to finding the right information from the tags. however its clear that this is potentially reading in a lot of chunks uneccesarily. I'm using ChatGPT as my adviser and its convinced that voiceflow can be told just to look in a folder rather than seraching based on mark up. I've put chatGPT method answer below. I cannot find this function of the database in the documentation. My questions are:- 1) does this function actually exist or is ChatGPT getting things wrong 2) if it does exist how can I access the function as where chatGPT is telling me to look doesn't appear to exist on the interaface.
