Agent keeps getting the date wrong

I have set the correct timezone and included the variables but the agent just gets the date wrong. For example, if I attempt to book an appt for next monday it will say monday the 25th when monday is the 24th. I need help please!

How do I get access to voiceflow support?

I'm a new customer and just upgraded from free trial to the pro account yesterday. We've barely touched the agent and this morning I'm getting notice that we've exceeded the 10K credits. I really don't think we've exceeded the credit - how can I connect with voiceflow customer support? The AI chat keeps on saying it has sent a support ticket but I am not receiving any emails. Please help - thank you!

I have custom use case where I have connected my own ui with voiceflow agent via apis but now I want past messages history to let users continue other conversations is it possible to persist chats ?

even tho i turned on the toggle to not save any data, i can still see the transcripts in the transcript view ... it wasnt like that a few days ago, but now it is. thats super problematic. how come this feature isnt working properly?

I currently have the pro subscription on voiceflow, but i wanna downgrade to free subscription since i will be gone for one month traveling and stuff and plan on upgrading again to pro after my one month break, since i have already 4 workflows on voiceflow, if i downgrade the plan will those workflows that i put hours into dissapear?

Hi, I am trying to fetch data from Google Sheets into my Prompt Agent so it can learn information and read that json output from Google Sheets so its trained on that and can communicate with the user with the right information. I have an API GET call node setup already and if I hit "Send" it shows me the accurate info in the body. Triggering API call to export last_uttarance and last_response in agent step.

I’m trying to log each user question and the agent’s response to a Google Sheet using {last_utterance} and {last_response}. The problem is that when using the Agent step, the variables are updated at different times — so the bot’s response gets logged before the user’s next question is stored. This causes my logs to show mismatched Q/A pairs, especially for the first user message. What Happens: Inside an Agent step, the agent generates a response, which updates {last_response} immediately....

KYC collecting

Is it allowed to collect KYC data from users via Voiceflow bots with the standard plans? Or only with Enterprise plans? Or not allowed at all?
