intent incorrect trigger

hello everyone, I'd like to ask you to if there is any way to stop the AI from triggering and intent? I have a case where an intent is configured for accommodation, the description is set and states that the intent is for accommodation and NOT for prices, but the AI still triggers the intent in an incorrect manner, no matter what I write in the phrases or in the description. I tried multiple changes and it's getting frustrating because I still see the same bad result.

Building Dynamic Property Carousel

I am building a Dynamic Carousel by capturing user's property description ( Entire reply ) with Agent. How do I add Card of the property that Agent shows along with description and two buttons to schedule a call and View Details of the property that takes you to website page. so far I've managed to get description, get data off of airtable. Creating a new transcript for each call

I'm having trouble understanding how to create a new transcript for each call from start to finish. Currently, all calls are being saved into one long transcript, with only "new session started" messages separating them. What I need is for each call to generate its own separate transcript record. Could you please provide instructions on how to set this up correctly?...

Telegram and Voiceflow act differently

I have connected my voiceflow chatbot to Convocore and from there to Telegram bot. The problem is that the voiceflow prototype works fine, outputs correctly and pulls info correctly, but in TG the chatbot just kinda breaks, and outputs wrong things. In both of the attached images I chose "9" table and yet on TG it returned the wrong result and the voiceflow prototype did the correct thing. EVEN though I double checked that the published versions were the same(in the last version changed the button text) ...

Is it possible to have Voiceflow send it's chat conversation with a user through to an API that them emails with chat history as like a document or pdf?

Message Block Delay

I ran my chatbot for the first time in a few weeks and noticed delayed blocks no longer show a thinking ellipsis bubble (...) during the delay. This makes it look like the chatbot is frozen when it's actually just paused. I like to give a one-second delay for every line, and I have a few blocks that are around ten lines. For now I'll cut up my blocks into shorter segments, but I'd like to see the ellipsis bubble added back in if possible....

Multiple agents in one flow, each with their unique voice

Hi! I'm working on an interesting concept with Voiceflow where I have 2-3 different agents in the same flow. It requires different voices e.g. male/female for the agents, so there's no confusion who speaks at what time. But in the interface, I can't change the voice as agent-based. If I change the voice (even custom voices from ElevenLabs), it changes it for all the agents at once. Does anyone know how to work around this?...

Need help by implementing my (styled) Chatbot to my website

I copy the code and implement it right before the closing body tag. But the chatbot is nowhere.
