Need help by implementing my (styled) Chatbot to my website

Hey everyone, I don't understand why I can't implement my chatbot in my website. I want the chatbot to be embed with my customized styling from the widget area. I copy the code and implement it right before the closing body tag. But the chatbot is nowhere. Receive User Information through chatbot

I know that I can receive a userid using the chatbot. but what if want to receive more information as soon as the user login. I would pass this information through my frontend. Which fields can I pass in my request to recive the information

Canvas Editor Bug

Since a week I have serious usability issues when using the Canvas editor, it seems there is a deadspot in the bottom of the canvase where dragging the screen and dragging connectors or blocks is not possible. I tried different browsers but the problem is still there.

Resources / Templates - only 6 items

Hi, when I look into section Resources on voiceflow webpage, and I want to see Templates, I can see only 6 of them. If I remember correctly, there was a huge library of templates but it seems to be gone now. What happened?

API Post Request to N8N Endpoint does not wait for Reply

I set an API Post request to N8N (the workflow fills in some variables and sends them back) but in the "Run Test Step" the Voiceflow API Call successfully sends a HTTP Post Request to N8N which takes about 2 seconds to process (and succeeds every time) but the API Post Request in Voiceflow just instantly moves on to the next field even though the call has succeeded and therefore the variables are returned with "0" "0" Does anyone know how to solve this?...

Hi guys, so my voiceflow pop-up stopped working and I checked the account, it says I exceeded the usage. The interesting thing is I can't see my Pro Plan is active. I can't see my previous billings either. Is there system problem? Because I pay this month subsriction fee....

Voiceflow customer support chatbot is cutting of the answer and not finshing the answer at the end.

i am building an AI chatbot on voiceflow. Everything is working fine, but an issue im having is, when i ask a queston like shown in the video, (what are your prices) the chatbot cuts of towards the end as shown and dont finsih the asnwer. this happens when i ask any question, i dont have anything in my instructions prompt to limit wording or anything as shown in the screenshots....

Can't trigger a workflow when inactivity activates

Hey, I enabled "Global No reply" and added a timer for 300s and that will send out a message and keeps repeating sending message after 300s without stopping. I want the global no reply to trigger a workflow that I created, I used the intent "No reply" because I saw in the transcripts that the user types "No-reply" but it doesn't trigger the workflow. What can I do?...

Voice agent randomly stops responding

Today I noticed that the voice agent randomly stops responding — sometimes after just a couple of turns, other times it takes longer. Any idea what might be causing this?

Maximaze button in Javascript code block

I have noticed the Javascript code block option to maximize the panel has dissappeared. Would it be possible to bring it back? Its really difficult to ammend the javascript code, when one does need to constantly scroll horizontally. Since the button dissappeared, we must copy and ammend the code elsewhere, all of the time.......
