I am new to Voiceflow and I am playing around with a webshop assitant. New when query the shopping cart (API call to an mySQL server returning the products in the JSON format), I am not able to generate a trace message for each article. I always get various errors.
When I hard code the content of the input variable, it works....
Managing dynamic lane switching and FAQ returns in Voiceflow
What I’m looking to achieve:
I want users to be able to switch between Buyer, Seller, or Browser/FAQ lanes at any time during a conversation, and always return to their original flow without losing context or repeating themselves. For example, if a user is in the Buyer lane and asks a general property or agency question, the bot should answer via the FAQ agent and then automatically bring them back to where they were in the Buyer flow.
What the issue is:
Right now, after segmenting users (Buyer/Seller/Browser), each lane runs as a separate agent. If a user wants to switch intent (“Actually, I want to sell”) or ask a FAQ, there’s no smooth way to route them temporarily and then return to the right place. If they ask multiple questions, it’s even harder to manage. I want to avoid making users repeat their goal or restart the flow....
Credit usage issue

We are experiencing a bug with the credits, we ran out of credits on the regular 60$ with 10k credits so we upgraded to the 150$ per month one one however now it says we have reached the credit limit in the span of barely 1.5 weeks after upgrading.
I'm a bit confused as to what the issue is we only have 2 active chabots. The main chatbot that consumes credits seems to be the one that was made with the old version of voiceflow, the credit consumption does not make sense as the website the chatbot is on only has around 100 visitors per month. ...

Currently all the zendesk integrations/tools I have seen and tried creates ticket for the domain you add not for the specific organization inside that domain. Is "Move to folder..." not working?
I've downloaded a community template to my workspace and want to move it to a folder that I created and own. As you can see from this video, if I try to click and drag the template into the new folder, is doesn't get moved. My session Id and user Id is not being pushed to my webhook. I keep getting the value 0.
I have made an automation that takes voiceflow transcripts from creator.voiceflow.com/prototype to a google sheet.

No More Testing Personas?
We're experiencing a significant issue with our voice agent, which we were supposed to release soon. Until yesterday, we were able to run tests in Voiceflow under pre-set personas (which was essential, as we needed to test user authentication with phone numbers.) Now, when we go to test, there's no way to select a testing persona, which means we can't test anything (including user authentication.) This appears to be an overnight change that is having significant repercussions as we prepare to go...

When did agent steps start hearing numbers only as timestamps?
Yesterday during my testing i started running into issues with my agent step. I use it to collect contact information before hitting various api calls to validate the info.. Ever since yesterday, i have been unable to progress past the agent step in my workflow.
It seems to ONLY record the numbers i say as timestamps, adding : in between every second number.. I'm not sure how or why this happening now. As it wasnt an issue until yesterdaty.
I have a required entity, phone_number set to the phone number data type so it should be formatting the data to match that but I keep looping through the collection cause its expecting a non time stamp number.. how do we adjust the way an LLM listens aside from using entities to tell it what to listen for?...
How to Use the Same Database Across Text and Voice Projects?
We’re using Voiceflow as our bot platform, with multiple workflows, a product database, and lots of other nice features.
Now we’d like to explore the Agent functionality and set up a separate project specifically for voice interactions, including using Voice as a telephone agent with additional features — but still accessing the same database.
When I duplicate an existing project, the database doesn’t get copied — only the workflows, intents, etc.
How do you handle it when using the same database for both text and voice projects?...
Why can't I edit a template?
If I create a project from a Voiceflow template, why don't I see the entire agent workflow so that I can modify it?
Here's what's happening. If I go to my Voiceflow dashboard, click the blue "New project" button in the top right, enter a project name in the "Project info" window, click on the "Appointment scheduler" pane below, and then click "Create project," this is what I see: https://ibb.co/PZ28kMg3
If I then click on the resulting "Appointments" block and click "Edit agent" on the right, I simply see the "Instructions" (in other words, the System) prompt....
Conversation ending in component
I've created a component that gets reused across a couple of places. At first everything was working correctly - the mainworkflow called into the component, and the component called back into the mainworkflow when finished.
But now for some reason the conversation ends in the last block of the component, with the message saying "path not connected". I thought that when the path is not connected, the flow is handed back to the main workflow by default.
Any idea why this might be happening, or how I can work around the issue?...

incorrect interpretation
When going through the model by way of a voice call, it seems to having a problem parsing the voice response (email address) it something it recognizes. See screenshot. Additionally, when providing a phone number to it, for some reason it keeps adding/treating the leading digits as a timestamp. it was provided "9044055137" it parsed/added it as " 09:04 5551212". The flow is a simple message --->listen [entity:phone_number] which has a data type of Phone number
How can i fix these two issues?...
