Component multiple output options not displaying

I am trying to drag and drop a component with multiple output options to my main flow, but there is only one output displayed, is that normal? The left part of the screenshot is the contents of the actual component, the right block is the component in use.

schedule a launch request

Hello, I am using Voiceflow to process the data I receive from another external app using their API. I use VF to send the data to a LLM and send the answer per email to clients. My clients only use the external app (I don't have my own app). Voiceflow in my case is only used in the backend (no user interface). I would like the flow in VF to be activated once or twice per day. I know that I can use the interact endpoint with a launch request but is it possible to schedule it so I don't have to do it manually? Or is there another way? Fyi, I'm not a dev. Thanks for your help...

Can I transfer my Open AI Assistant Instructions to Voiceflow?

I am investigating Voiceflow to extend the capability of my Open AI assistant. But I'd like to transfer not just my files (knowledge base) but my instrcutions as well. Is this possible, and if so, can you point me to the right docs? I've been looking but can't find anything 🙂

What is Agents and what is Workspaces?

Because i was trying to use 1 workspace and adding Agents/chatbots, but realizing on 1 thing, is that to order to have another chatbot differently from a different link, you have to go way back and Add "workspace" to create a New Chatbot Differently, I question this because i don't know if this is how it suppose to be, because i heard it from the Chatbot on their website Saying you can use Agents as their seperative Links, but failed to see it...

Can't upload any data sources

I'm getting an error notifiction every time I try to upload a .txt file. It's 0.01mb so I should be able to upload it but I keep getting a notification saying I need to upgrade my plan because I don't have space. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?

Export PDF function not working post-Workflow release

Prior the the Workflow update, we were able to select which topics/intents we wanted to export to PDF. However, since the new update the Share > Export PDF function no longer works as it once did. Instead, you must go into a workflow, back out of it, select Share > Export > PDF, but it only exports the workflow that you were just in (no option to select multiple flows). This is important for clients using legacy approach to conversation design, particularly for stakeholder review. Can you please...

Embed the open source Web Chat widget

So I've been able to get the Live Agent working locally from the examples/live-agent folder in this repo: https://github.com/voiceflow/react-chat/tree/master/examples/live-agent I am looking to host the WebChat client and Live Handoff server ( + websocket) on a separate server that connects to my admin dashboard where my clients their live agent employees can send/receive messages in case there's an handoff. How do I embed my customised Web Chat widget on my clients their websites? Disable intent scoping for capture?

When I test a Capture block in Debug Mode, it shows me the NLU and LLM intent classification steps. Under the LLM section, I can see that the gpt-4o model has used 2,284 tokens. Currently, I only have the following two options: "Intent Scoping" / "Listen for all intents" and "Only intents in this step" - but there is no option to disable listening for intents (either globally or locally) at a specific step. Adding large amounts of information with source URLs to Knowledge Base.

I have a large amount of page content data scraped from a website, formatted in csv or json. Each item has an ID, a URL and then the page content. The only way I could figure out of uploading it to the knowledge base was as a text file. What I want is to be able to give users information based on this data, alongside the source so they can verify it and learn more. When I query the KB, I am getting answers with an OK rate of success but really struggling to consistently get sources referenced as well. Is there a better way to do this?...

Proactive Message and Opening it automatically after one second is not working.

I tried creating the chatbot and have integrated it with my website as well. But now when I am trying to add proactive messages alongside the one where the widget opens automatically after a few seconds (1 in my case) it isn't working.
