I am looking to pull and give results to the user of the inventory that matches the captured variables. I am creating a chat for Self Storage. I ask the user what size they need (unitsize) if they need climate control and what date they start. I keep getting errors when its trying to send to make. Has anyone been able to do something similar and have it correctly filter and suggest based on the criteria?

Best Way to List Multiple Responses (If They Exist) After API Call to Appointment Scheduler?

Agent step for long survey - add to sheet

I'm hoping somebody can help me with my agent config. I want my agent to conduct a survey in whatever language the user chooses. There are 17 questions. Some are multiple choice, some are free text. Most of this works really well. The agent asks the questions in the chosen language, presents multiple choice buttons using the Buttons tool in the agent step. VoiceFlow sometimes is sending photos, sometimes doesn't

I setted up my new project, and everything works perfect, expect when agent needs to send photos. Sometimes it does send them, sometimes it doesn't. Did anybody have this problem too?

LLM models in Pro plan

I have started a Pro plan trial and it says the Pro plan includes all OpenAI and Anthropic LLMs. However, in the dropdown under AI model most of those LLMs are grayed out. Does anybody know what's wrong? Pro trial should have pro functions I suppose.

Initial Prompt

Dear friends, I'm a very fresh user of VF. When starting, the tool asks me to describe what kind of agent I want to build and then based on my initial prompt, creates the template. Is there any way how to edit or adjust that initial prompt later on ? Once my template is created (agent is created) I struggle to find where that initial prompt I gave it is and where I can adjust it. Thank you for your help!
