Hello, I have an Airtable API webhook that is supposed to filter products based on user's query. For example, user says "I have spots on my face," only categories under "spot treatment" should be returned not other unrelated categories like "lip balm," "body cream," (these should nor return). I only want to extract the category from what the user says. When I test the agent it returns all unnecessary categories.

Voice agent with make.com

Question on the new voice agent. I see there is the new integration with make.com. For my current make.com, when calling outbound leads, I use VAPI to make calls and everything is being done inside of make. When integrating with the new VF agent, is it able to call potential prospects? How would that process work since I'm on a different platform.

Bug when using Choice Step reprompts

Observed Behavior: The No Reply reprompt feature in the Choice Step is behaving randomly. When configured with two distinct, hard-coded text messages in the "Reprompt 1" and "Reprompt 2" slots, the agent's output is not sequential. Sometimes it sends the first message twice, other times the second message twice, and other times it works correctly (message 1, then message 2). The behavior is inconsistent across multiple test runs. Expected Behavior: According to the documentation, the reprompt slots should act as a sequential queue. Hello, I am trying to set some variables I got from a webhook in n8n to voiceflow in order to contextualize the agent before the user sends the first message, so then the agent will use this information to follow the logical flow properly. From the documentation (https://docs.voiceflow.com/reference/updatestatevariables-1), I managed to test it through postman with the PATCH call to https://general-runtime.voiceflow.com/state/user/%7Buserid%7D/variables, which was successful, and retrieve the variables via the GET call to https://general-runtime.voiceflow.com/state/user/%7Buserid%7D, which again retrieved a successful result. However, when testing inside Voiceflow, I could not visualize these variables I set in any way, even after setting the userID to what I used, and checking the value. How am I supposed to move on with this?...

Communicating with the back-end of a website

I just had a call with a possible client. My offer was a chatbot to their website. They like the idea, but want a chatbot, that can communicate with the back-end of their website and complete actions like navigating between different pages adding products to cart (For example the user says something like "I would like to reorder my previous order". And based on this information the chatbot adds the product to cart) and similar actions. Unfortunately I have no prior experince with more advanced chatbot like this, so I don't really have any idea on how this would and where should I start. Does anyone have experience with chatbots like this? If so, I would like to ask you a couple of questions....

how does credit consuption works? 1 credit = 1 user message? Yesterday I tested just one API block but over 12000 credits were consumed. Could you help me understand why this happened? If API blocks dont consume credits I’d like to request a refund for the credits used.
