Teams Integration doesn't recognize Buttons

So i've integrated teams with voiceflow and i have the buttons pop up correctly, but let's say one of them is 'Alex' i click on it message with payload 'Alex' get's sent but it takes the no match path even though when i try it in the voiceflow directly or even just type 'Alex' in, it get's recognized as that path. Any one has experience with this?

Please tell how to deploy own instance of react-chat. I need to integrate Google Analytics.

Having trouble getting value from VF. Any good tutorials?

Unless I hardcode answers alongside LLM Intents, I'm finding that the AI responses are just always wrong 1. My KB is not great. It's quite outdated for one. But we also have an Android, iOS, Windows, Mac, and Web interface. Often times it will answer the user with an Android answer when it should have been Windows 2. If I just open ChatGPT4o and ask a question about my product it seems to be pretty accurate at getting the answer. If I use ChatGPT4o on VF it gives the worst responses IMO ...

Alexa Skill issue

I don't know if this is a problem for those making a Alexa Skill, but apparently my new intents are missing in the Amazon Alexa Developer console. I had make sure there are no spaces, special characters, or numbers, which there are none. I even tried making another Voiceflow agent of the same skull, but I got a 500 error when publishing it. There was even a clue on the FAQ, but it was under a login screen...
