I am not a noob and I have been able to solve most problems in voiceflow, but I feel like there is a best practice here im not seeing. I see tutorials, but i want to build something that has error checking etc....

Not letting me train my agent
Hey everyone i've been having this issue since yesterday night where voiceflow simply won't let me train my agent.
I get an error saying: An error occurred while training the model: No job with jobID=
I reviewed my variables one by one to make sure nothing is wrong, although at some point one of my variables on the flow became the id of the variable and not the variable itself example: {231653ec521f55cd}.

Does anybody kno, where to start searching the bug, during publishing process:

Understanding and Evaluating Responds
Hey, this might be a bit tricky I need some expert help if anyone can lend a hand.
I'll have different companies and people trying to access the same type of information but for different companies. I've managed successfully to create a workflow for 1 but now I need to create the welcome home to be able to evaluate and understand for which company the user needs info on. And also make sure that or the follow up questions are for that company unless asked for a different one.
Should I just make an intent to ask for the company, and then just take it to the company flow individually? But then how do I make sure that it will stay on that feedback loop, or correctly jump to another if asked?...

Where are the "Topic" section?
I am following a video tutorial on youtube made 10 months ago. The dashboard is not the same. I can't find the "topics" section. When I ask Voiceflow AI agent, it replies :
1.Open your assistant project in Voiceflow.

Teams Integration doesn't recognize Buttons
So i've integrated teams with voiceflow and i have the buttons pop up correctly, but let's say one of them is 'Alex' i click on it message with payload 'Alex' get's sent but it takes the no match path even though when i try it in the voiceflow directly or even just type 'Alex' in, it get's recognized as that path. Any one has experience with this?
