Intents not working

I set up an intent called “specific” and another called “not specific”. I gave 50-60 examples for each. Even when the users response is extremely similar to the examples in the intent, it still often says “not found”. I tried using the NLU as well as the LLM for the intents. Neither work well....

Cannot store nor response AI with slightly bigger texts (4 lines)

I’ve been having some technical issues, summarising a user’s response into some bullet points. Whenever I cross a certain amount of characters in any sort of message, for some reason it cannot create a variable with over 3 lines of text (which is not that many). I’ve even tried using my own API calls to OpenAI, yet no success. Please get back to me asap. I need this issue fixed....

everything is sent to global no match?

A simple "hello" message is being sent to global no match which makes having a concersation with the agent diffifult. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks!

AI not responding in complete sentences ?

I’m having a weird issue where I’m getting partial responses. So it’s just like the message is cut off at a random point, mid word, and I have no idea why. This isn’t an issue I’ve had in the past. It seems like it only happens in the testing environment and not in the published / prototype thing. So it’s not a massive issue but it’s been happening a bunch over the last two days and it’s confusing

I can't store my API data in Voiceflow variables

I am trying to make a GET request to my REST API developed with Node.js and Express.js. The request is successfully executed, and the API returns the expected data. However, when I try to save this data in variables in Voiceflow, it seems that they are not saved correctly because when I display the variables, the number 0 appears. My API does not have an authentication mechanism at the moment, and in the request, I include the header 'Content-Type: application/json'. Despite this, I can't save the data obtained in variables in Voiceflow....

Audio play in a Chatbot project or text display in a voice project

Hey, for a project I need to use the Elevenlabs Text2Speech API to make the bot talk with a custom voice. The problem I have here is that the normal Chatbot project doesn't have an audioblock to play audiostreams and the Voice project doesn't put the spoken text in the chat. Does anybody of you know how to play an audioDataURI stream in a chat project or how to make the bot display text in a voice project? Is Exporting as a PDF still possible?

I haven't been monitoring my agent for some time but I need to show my client the wireframe structure of my agent now and I remembered that VF had an option of exporting a pdf of the agent structure. Is it still possible to do this or is it a feature that no longer exists?

Counting tokens in VoiceFlow

I checked the FAQ and searched Discord, but have not found a way to count the number of tokens used during an API call. It is a variable somewhere because when I run the agent in debug mode the Voiceflow chat box responds with how many tokens were used. Can anyone point me to a resource that explains how to use the token_total variable.

API POST to PHP file doesn't do anything

I have created an agent that uses an API to POST data to a PHP file as form data. The PHP file is supposed to take the form data that are passed to it from Voiceflow and create a new row in a sql database. I have tested the PHP file at length, it works great if I pass data to it from an HTML form. However, when I run the agent, and have Voiceflow POST the data to the PHP file nothing happens. The chat interface runs smoothly, no errors, looks like everything worked, but nothing is written to the database. The headers are "Content-Type" and "application/x-www-form-urlencoded", the body is set to "Form Data"", and I am passing one variable. Custom Widgets & Effects (Beta) Feature - Form - Issues

Hello! So I am testing out the Custom Widget beta feature and integrated a custom form within the chat interface to collect user details seamlessly in one message. However, when the form has appeared within the conversation, users can still type a message which will automatically skip the form submission step at continue to the conversation. How do I control / stop the user input at this point in order to only continue the conversation once the form details have been inputted and submitted? Also, how do I edit the form layout so it looks better and more appealing?...

No Answer From The KB...

To my surprise, my flow stopped answering questions. I already did all the annoying things like deleting cookies, refreshing, etc. Nothing seems to please this thing. Don't know what else to do. It's getting a very frustrating experience with VF already....
