Auto Populate VF KB

I'm following the video "Auto populate your Voiceflow knowledge base with live search results" but there are missing explanations, I don't know what the prompts are: In Set Variables there is a variable called {instructions} and for System, {prompt} There is no template for this, so It is getting pretty hard to understand what this thing is doing. Anybody knows where to get more information on how to do this? Thank you....

Help! Please, I can't fix this issue with my lead captures bot

Free Trial Ends Immediatly

i just signed up for a free voiceflow account and i didn't even finish the tutoriel and i am asked to downgrade to free version but i am already on free version and the downgrade request page appears each time i try to enter a project. i tried siging up with a new account yet i still got the same problem . can someone please help ?

How To Send Voice Message to Voice Assistant

I have created the chatbot UI in my Flutter mobile app. I am using a Voice assistant, how do I send voice message to the Dialog Manager API so that it can continue with the conversation? The current API only accept text parameter which does not fit my use case. The voice feature works fine in Voiceflow website but I could not utilize it in my app, can anyone help? I have used speech-to-text library but it can only record 5 seconds and no way to extend it to record longer question. I really have to send a long text question to ask the bot, the only way I can think of is to record as audio file and send to Voiceflow but I don't see it accepts voice input from the API....

Why don't buttons with external links work?

I created two buttons with integrated external links. Every time a user clicks the button, the user is taken to an external link When I test the button on the Voiceflow platform, everything works fine. But when I test it on Instagram's Direct Messenger, it doesn't work. I did a test, removed the button and left only the link and it worked perfectly. Can someone help me? Do you know why?...

Spacebar Audio Input Troubleshoot

Voice Project -> listen->capture->entire user reply->{last_utterance}. When I test my project and hold down the spacebar for audio input, the inputted text erases and resets every few seconds. Any idea what might be going on?

Instructions for chatbot to understand word "OK"

My chatbot is working fine for the most part, but if someone replies with "OK" it responds with the standard response I have programmed it to respond with, if it doesn't understand. Through my Knowledge Base (Word doc) I am trying to get it to respond with something different if someone replies with "OK". I have tried explaining that OK is similar to THANKS, and I have also put in a Q & A if someone types in Q, but without success. Is anyone able to tell me what I am doing wrong?...
