Whatsapp integration - no transcript.

Hi all, im a little new to this, but i followed this "how-to" to the word (https://github.com/voiceflow/example-integration-whatsapp?tab=readme-ov-file) and it works great, my issue is that im not getting any transcriptions. Intents mismatch occurring with names

Hi all! I've been having a strange case occur where my responses do not map to the correct intents, despite the fact that I don't see how or why this would occur as a result of the utterances I've inputted. In the example screenshot I've attached, the voiceflow chatbot asks "who enjoys surfing?" and I've noticed that with names that start with s, the chatbot categorizes this as the "repeat" intent with a decently high confidence level. However, my "repeat" intent does not contain any utterances that would suggest why this phenomenon is happening. I've also noticed this same thing occur in similar cases -- (i.e. names that start with M are often categorized as a "no" intent, despite the fact that I have not put in any utterances to suggest this for the "no" intent).
I have already tried adding more utterances to the intents, but the names still match to the wrong intent. ...

Condition Block Problem - Buttons appearing instead of checking conditions

I have a condition block to check if (user) email == order_email then proceed, else go to a different block. Variables are saved correctly, and can be seen in one of the images. However, once we arrive to this block in testing, there is no check, it simply provides 2 buttons. Checked out the conditions guide, it didn't really help with this issues. I've also emailed support and no response so far - not really sure what's going on here, or how to proceed. If someone could help that'd be great....

ChatBot IP

hello guys. i asked for help on this topic in an email support@voiceflow.com, but unfortunately i haven't received a reply so far. I would like to connect over the api with some tool. the api provider asks me for the ip of the chatbot because otherwise unfortunately we will not be able to connect. is it possible to get the ip of the chatbot?

Hi everyone, I am having trouble to capture entity like {PIN} pin is XyZx99 format.

It is alphanumerical value, starts with 4 letters, uppercase lowercase sensitive, and ends with 2 numbers. - I created values like 20 examples of values. - However, it doesn't capture the value for example kkkk99. It captures just "k" - Why would that happen? Is it because I need to input hundreds of example values in the entity configuration? ...

Embedding Help

hey guys, i have a question when it comes to embedding the AI Customer service bot or just a Chatbot in general , how does one embed it into a website. because every-time i try to embed it into a website or a shopyify store it doesn't allow me to add it. Error code 401 pops up. and it asks me for a Custom Css, Htlm, and Java script, any ideas why this is occurring
