Help with API Response Handling in Voiceflow
Hello everyone,
I'm working on a project in Voiceflow where I use an API to check the order status from Airtable. My current flow tries to access the order status using the path response.records[0].fields.Status, but I'm facing issues when incorrect or nonexistent order numbers are entered. In these cases, I would like the chatbot to notify the user that the order number was not found instead of showing an error or inappropriate response.
Does anyone have experience with handling this type of situation in Voiceflow? How can I effectively check if the records array is empty before trying to access the fields, and what practices would you recommend for handling errors and providing useful feedback to the user?...
Displaying Links as Text (Text Mark Up)
When my chatbot provides a link to a page, instead of it displaying the full url, I want it to display the Page Name, with those words being hyperlinked to the page.
Is there a way to do this through the knowledge base, or do I have to do it through the Voiceflow console?...

When I test by Voiceflow platform, it works fine. When I click on the button opens a new web browser tab with the corresponding page.
But, when I try to do the same by instagram direct messenger, It doesn´t work. Nothing happnes.
Does someone know about it...
Scary high token consumption
Hello I upgraded 1 hour ago (token consumption was 0 then) and did some tests to my (unpublished) chatbot.
After a few tests it was 69k tokens, then 177k and then suddenly 261k

I had run out of tokens. Maybe the error message should be changed from "Unable to generate response preview" or "Unable to reach knowledge base" to "You have run out of tokens".

Massive intentional SPAM to the Chatbot
We have some malicious user intentionally spamming the chatbot constantly and they have spent I think over 200 dollars worth of tokens. This is rdicilous. We cant use the system like this(this is for a big client). WE NEED SOME WAY TO DETECT SPAM AND BAN THE USER FROM THE CHATBOT INSTANTLY!!!! HELP!!!

Workflow fails to capture user input & hangs on api call
I have an workflow that is showing weird behavior.
Each node when tested individually works, but when I hit "Run" it hangs then fails.

When you hit "Run" a workflow calls an api, outputs text then captures user input. At this point, there is an api call next. But for some reason, the existence of this api node causes the capture user input block not to work; in addition, it'll hang then show an error (see attached)...
English question/user input is matched to German intents
Hey,
I currently have the problem that I have designed a German chatbot with some intents and the chatbot matches the appropriate German intents also if English-language queries are made from users (see screenshot).
Is there a way to turn this off? Or a way to ensure that German intents are only matched to German user input and not to english user input or other languages?...
