Hi all, I’ve been having some trouble with entity recognition. I’m building a large bot for an Orthodontic practice and have created a few different entities to be used in some intents.
An example is ‘Treatment_Type’ and one of the values is Invisalign, for which I have multiple synonyms.
Each time I test to see if the system picks up Invisalign as a treatment_type, it doesn’t work even though it’s typed exactly the same....
how to make the Live agent handoff work for other channels
So I developed the live agent chat handoff to my chatbot so theres that additional feature that ive coded through the demo react app and i want to integrate this live chat handoff feature to other channels like messenger or instagram dm which was possible (when making the chatbot with voiceflow only) using the dialog management api but now since the additional feature of the livechat handoff is coded through the demo react app and that feature isnt available through the dialog mangement api is there a possible way to connect my demo react chat to the dialog management api or do i have to make my own apis just so i can integrate to the other channels
if the explanation above is too confusing basically: how to integrate the live chat handoff that i have setup in my demo react chat to other channels like instagram dm , messenger , whatsapp?...
Help with Open AI Api timeouts
I am using Open AI API and when getting status for a run on some of the user utterances, the workflow timesout after 100 iterations. Presumably to stop an infinite loop, but sometimes the API takes longer to come back with a completed run. How do I ensure that Voiceflow doesn't stop the checks after 100 runs or how do I introduce a delay before checking status?

hi guys, so i have a question:
i want the chatbot to answer the questions as long as it is staying in the intent so for example
the chatbot wants to know "when does the library open" --> intent is about opening hours, "and the cafe" --> question is still about the opening hours and since there was no new intent detected, the chatbot stays in the same intent and should know the questions is about the opening hours so the chatbot answers correctly instead of saying sorry i didnt understand your questions ... since naturally yes "and the cafe" is no complete question, but since the chatbot knows its still about the intent, it should know what information the user wants ...

choice to answer not behaving properly (Alexa skill)
I am wanting the user to give an answer to the choice option and have alexa speak, you have chosen {last_utterance}. I have created the four choice intents with their own utterances (some with double utterances ex: “{blue} and {red}” inside of blue would be “blue, bloo”) and have drawn a line to the speak/answer block. There is nothing in the action slot but I just want it to run the next block anyway. When you hit run the code excutes I think but no text is shown and Alexa says nothing. Anyone...
decide the tone/manipulate the words in which the bot talks
guys im facing a problem: i want the chatbot to use informel language instead of formal ... in germany theres this thing where you say "Sie" to talk in a respectful, formal way. But i want to use "Du", to make the conversation more approachable ... but the website where im getting the info from is only talking in a respectful formal manner so the chatbot uses the same language ... i dont know what to do, any ideas? i thought of replacing the words using javascript before the chatbot response

FAQ API
Hi I am trying to use the FAQ API to get more control over certain responses. However, I cannot find a way to get more control over the sentiment. For example with chunks I can control relevance with the scoring whereas with FAQs I don't seem to have that option. If I create for example the following FAQ I get these responses to the questions asked:

failed to validate meta webhook
Hi, i am having a really weird problem i dont know if someone can help me. I have developed my voiceflow bot and want to deploy it to whatsapp. Now, when trying to set up meta's webhook with ngrok, everything worked just fine, however after i did the deploy to digital ocean and trying to validate meta's webhook, i get an error on meta's side.
Tried to debug by making the request via postman and it just validates ok, it seems that facebook for some reason is not making the request onto my new digital ocean url...
Preview is different
i have some trouble when using my chatbot, the preview is not the same as the final results when asking to give the appropriate link , i'm using pro version and its the same whatever the IA i'm using, can someone help pls ?
Error message
After not even a minute of work on creating a chatbot, an error message is displayed (see photos) Does anyone know where this problem comes from? Voiceflow support is not responding to me...

Chatbot 'Appearance' not updating
I duplicated my bot and changed all the branding and images, but for some reason when I share a prototype it doesn't reflect the change?
When i publish it, it does change the branding but this isn't ideal for previewing with a client....
