Hi Everyone, is it possible to branch from one block to different choice blocks in parallel, as shown in my screenshot? Or can choice blocks only be run through one after the other and not in parallel, depending on which intent or utterance is called? Would be very grateful for an answer....

Return from created intents in the subordinate topic to the superordinate model

Hi everyone, I have created various sub-topics with different intents that are to be called up depending on the user input. Now I would like the chatbot to return to the parent model once the respective intent has been called up and the user's question has been answered, and to keep asking the users whether they have another question. If the user then asks another question that matches an intent, the chatbot should jump back to the respective sub-topic with the intent and then once again back to the higher-level model. Can someone please help me with how I can always return from the intents to the superordinate model? ...

The bot is not work #api

I created a bot, copied the api key and pasted it into whatsapp, but it doesn't work there. Later, I wanted to try to run it in voiceglow, but even there, when adding the api key, the bot simply does not appear. What could be the reason? In voiceflow itself, it works.

Hallucinations

I have just built Peter Isaacs great solution to preventing hallucinations (Wells Fargo video). However I have come up against a problem when the user inputs a prompt that is not true. For example, the prompt 'Is metformin used to treat headaches?' (it isn't) takes me to the 'Couldn't verify information' block. Any thoughts on this please?

I'm on the Pro plan with 2 million tokens, due testing with GPT 4 an Claude have reached the 2,016,039 / 2,000,000 tokens used. Memory and Prompt for Knowledge Base Response AI

Why doesn't Voiceflow offer a "memory and prompt" feature for knowledge base response AI, as it does with the AI Model? Could you demonstrate a workaround using variables such as "lastQuestion1", "lastQuestion2", and "lastQuestion3"? Should these be input in the Question textbox? What is the proper format: separated by commas or spaces? I already use JavaScript to manage these variables, so my inquiry is not about programming. This could also be a feature request, there will be many questions on the same topic, where people would like to know the size of a hat for example, but then they ask about the "diameter of that" instead of saying "hat" again. Or "ok, what is the height then?"....
