I have just cloned an agent 10 minutes ago and the clone was successful
Was not able to access the newly cloned agent, circular loading sign is on a infinite loop
Went on to duplicate/clone a new agent as I'm on a tight deadline
Now an error 'cannot clone agent' is appearing!...

Can you use Conversation Memory with Knowledge Base?

Cannot delete chatbots in WebUI
Hello
I have several unused assistant that Icannot delete despite typing the exact name match
I've tried to delete from the assistant's settings menu... same result ...

Is it possible to reload a page/url without having the assistant refresh as the page does?
I want to keep the context of the conversation, but would like to use the assistant to update the page with requested information while keeping the conversation intact without loading everything on the page, including the assistant/chatbot.
Any insights would be welcomed.

Chatbot for a Dental Clinic
Hi all,
I just started mapping out the flow for a dental office. The good news is they have tops of pages that can be used in the Knownledge base. However, how do I go about including the appointment booking feature they have on every services page?
For most of their specialized services it seems the emails are going to separate emails, that would make sense as they also bring in specialists based on required dental work, and I'm assuming that person would get the calendar/booking request.
I was thinking of possible having one booking form with a dropdown for each specific service or maybe convince then to just take the requests and do the triage internally. The current form as a reCAPTCHA element as well.
Thoughts?...

500 Token limit for response?
I've been trying Voiceflow and was really happy, so I just made the first payment for the pro plan only to realize that I cannot get long LLM answers because of the 500 token limit.
I need to go up to 4000 tokens with Claude 3 Opus. Is there a workaround e. g. with via Relevance Al?
Otherwise, this won't work for me....
Intents and irrelevant responses to questions
I'm new to Voiceflow, so please bear with me whilst I ask what might seem like a fundamental problem...
Some things are puzzling me with regards to the handling of certain questions in my test chatbot. For example, although my knowledge base includes my phone number, the following 4 variations of the same question ("What is your phone number?" "What is your telephone number?" "What is your contact number?" and "How can I reach you by phone?") all result in the same response which is completely irrelevant to the question asked.
Instead it takes the user to an irrelvant intent which has no mention or utterance of phone number, or anything remotely similar....

Hallucination in Response AI
Hi, I’m trying to create a chatbot that looks at a student’s essay and provides feedback based on a rubric.
I’ve keyed in the rubrics into response AI under the “prompt” but when I get it to analyze the {last_utterance}, the response gives inaccurate feedback by writing things not in the {last_utterance}
How do I get the response AI to analyze what is only in the {last_utterance}?...
i can't bulk or single delete my knowledge base sources
I am trying to delete pdfs etc from my knowledge base even after clicking on deleting forever, it doesnt work.

I want users to access my website as registered users and I want to limit the number of tokens that users can consume. how can I do this. Registration on the website is by email. and all users access the same bot. Can somebody help me?

Issue purchasing token
Hello, I'm not able to purchase AI tokens. Every time I click on purchase an error pops up saying "Internal Server Error". I have tried sending a mail to voice flow but waiting for a response. Meanwhile, if someone could help me with this then could be really helpful.

Handling buttons with a custom frontend (Dialog API)
Hi, i have deployed my agent to a custom website. I am having a hard time trying to make buttons work. More specifically on what should i send to voiceflow when a button is pressed?

Please help, I uploaded a pdf to my knowledge base but when I try to train my assistant I get the errors seen in the image. The knowledge base isn't even working 😦
it works just fine in the preview mode in the knowledge section, but the actual chatbot doesn't draw any information from the document....
